Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement system integration strategies and solutions to meet business objectives
Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and design integration solutions
Configure and customize existing systems and applications to enable integration with new systems
Develop and maintain technical documentation and diagrams for system integrations
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to system integrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions for system integrations
Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure smooth functioning of integrated systems
Provide support and training to end-users for new system integrations
Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to ensure seamless integration of their systems with ours

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems integration, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of system integration concepts and methodologies
Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
Experience with API development and integration tools
Knowledge of database management and SQL
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex system integration projects on time and within budget
