Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Delivery Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Software Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality software products and services to our clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of software engineers and developers to deliver high-quality software products and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and quality assurance to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks to project delivery and communicate them to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Monitor and report on project progress, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach team members to improve their technical skills and professional development.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices, processes, and tools to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and methodologies to drive innovation and improve project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and project management.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering software projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
