Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of various technical projects within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Effectively communicate project goals, progress, and requirements to stakeholders and team members.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, delays, and issues. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate and manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and contractors.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to all stakeholders.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with technical teams to identify and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Manage project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to ensure the success of the project team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering technical projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
• Solid technical background with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts.
• PMP certification is a plus.
