Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and delivery of technology solutions that align with business goals and objectives
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for technology initiatives
Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals to ensure successful project delivery
Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve our IT systems
Oversee the implementation and integration of new technology solutions into existing systems
Monitor and analyze system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support technology initiatives
Communicate project status and updates to senior leadership and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management or leadership roles
Strong understanding of technology systems, infrastructure, and applications
Proven experience in successfully leading and delivering IT projects on time and within budget
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience with project management methodologies and tools
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies is a plus
