Salary: $107 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Security Manager to join our team. As an IT Security Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies and procedures to protect our company's systems and data from potential cyber threats. You will work closely with our IT team to identify vulnerabilities and implement necessary measures to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and maintain company-wide IT security policies and procedures to safeguard against cyber threats.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend necessary changes to mitigate risks.
• Monitor and analyze security incidents and breaches and take appropriate actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Collaborate with IT team to ensure all systems and applications are up-to-date with the latest security patches and updates.
• Develop and execute security awareness training for employees to educate them on best practices for protecting company data and systems.
• Manage access controls and permissions for all employees and contractors to ensure only authorized individuals have access to sensitive data.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies to continuously improve our security posture.
• Work closely with external security vendors and consultants to conduct third-party security assessments and penetration testing.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure minimal disruption to business operations in the event of a security incident.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on the company's security posture and any identified risks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT security management.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks, such as ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI-DSS.
• Experience in conducting security audits and risk assessments.
• In-depth understanding of network and system security principles and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and antivirus software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly preferred.
