About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Technical Consultant Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership to our clients, ensuring the successful implementation and integration of our products and services. You will work closely with our sales and project management teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for our clients, understanding their business requirements and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Lead and manage a team of technical consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and contribute to the development of proposals and bids.
• Conduct detailed technical assessments and analysis of client systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve our products and services.
• Create and deliver technical presentations, demos, and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
• Ensure the successful implementation and integration of our products and services, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.
• Participate in the development and testing of new products and services, providing valuable feedback and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical consulting role, preferably in the technology industry.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of technical consultants.
• In-depth knowledge of various programming languages, databases, and operating systems.
• Strong understanding of networking and security protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
