About the Role: Lobox is seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Specialist Lead to join our dynamic team. As the IT Specialist Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our IT department and providing technical support to our employees. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our company's technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of IT specialists to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues and service requests.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the security and reliability of our network and systems.
• Evaluate and recommend new hardware and software solutions that align with the company's technology strategy and goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on various systems and applications, ensuring their efficient and effective use.
• Monitor and maintain network performance, security, and backups to minimize downtime and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs and implement solutions to improve business processes.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, hardware, and software systems.
• Experience in leading and managing a team of IT professionals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing IT policies, procedures, and standards.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or other relevant industry certifications are a plus.
