Lobox is seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Enterprise Solutions Architect, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's enterprise-level solutions. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about utilizing their technical expertise to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of complex enterprise solutions that align with business objectives and strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop technical solutions, and ensure successful delivery of projects.
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams, design documents, and system specifications.
• Provide guidance and support to development teams throughout the entire software development life cycle.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance our company's technology stack.
• Mentor and train junior team members on architecture best practices and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a solution architecture role.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions, including cloud-based and on-premise architectures.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile and DevOps.
• Proficient in a variety of programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Extensive experience with database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
