Salary: $115 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Modeler Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Data Modeler Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of data models for our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data models. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of data modeling principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and maintenance of conceptual, logical, and physical data models for various projects
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand data requirements and design efficient data models
• Develop data architecture strategies to support business objectives and ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency
• Conduct data modeling reviews and provide recommendations for improving data models
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data modeling and incorporate them into the organization's data architecture
• Lead the development of data modeling standards, guidelines, and procedures
• Mentor and train junior data modelers on data modeling techniques and best practices
• Collaborate with database administrators and data engineers to implement data models in databases and data warehouses
• Identify and resolve data modeling issues and provide solutions to ensure data quality and usability
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies and regulations
• Develop and maintain documentation for data models and data architecture

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data modeling and data architecture
• Proven experience in developing conceptual, logical, and physical data models
• Proficiency in data modeling tools such as ERwin, ER/Studio, or PowerDesigner
• Experience with relational databases, data warehouses, and data lakes
• Strong understanding of data modeling principles and methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in leading and mentoring a team
• Working knowledge of data security and privacy regulations
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills
