Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Architect Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Data Architect Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's data architecture. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our data is organized, accessible, and secure. You will also lead a team of data architects and engineers to develop and maintain our data warehouse and data management systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain our company's data architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability for future growth
• Lead a team of data architects and engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of data projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design solutions that meet those needs
• Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve data architecture and management processes
• Design and implement data governance processes to ensure data quality, security, and compliance
• Develop and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and data standards
• Identify and troubleshoot data-related issues and provide timely resolutions
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in data architecture and management
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data architecture and management
• Communicate complex technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in data architecture, data management, or a related role
• Strong experience in designing and implementing data architecture strategies, including data warehousing and data management systems
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of data architects and engineers
• In-depth knowledge of database management systems, data modeling, and data governance processes
• Experience with ETL tools and processes
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Certifications in data architecture or related fields are a plus
