Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of machine learning engineers in developing and deploying machine learning models and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and design effective machine learning solutions.
• Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models for various business use cases.
• Utilize data mining techniques to analyze large datasets and extract valuable insights.
• Evaluate and improve existing machine learning models to enhance their performance and accuracy.
• Explore and experiment with new machine learning algorithms and techniques to improve the current models.
• Develop data pipelines and workflows to support the training and deployment of machine learning models.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and maintainability of machine learning solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the field of machine learning and apply them to improve our solutions.
• Mentor and train team members on machine learning concepts, tools, and techniques.
• Collaborate with other leads and managers to ensure alignment and consistency across projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in developing and deploying machine learning solutions.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and statistics.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, etc.
• Experience with data mining, data preprocessing, and feature engineering techniques.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Experience with cloud platforms and services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.
