Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients in all matters related to IT operations.
Conduct in-depth assessments of our clients' IT operations and identify areas for improvement.
Develop customized IT operation strategies and solutions based on the specific needs and goals of each client.
Implement and oversee the execution of IT operations plans, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT operations with other business processes.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT systems, identifying and resolving any issues or inefficiencies.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of IT operations procedures and protocols.
Provide training and support to clients on the use of new technologies and systems.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in IT operations, and make recommendations for their integration into our clients' operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations, preferably in a consulting role.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network security, and data management.
Expertise in cloud computing, virtualization, and other emerging technologies.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful IT operations strategies.
