Salary: $107 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-Stack Engineer Lead to join our dynamic and innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, as well as leadership experience. As the Full-Stack Engineer Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers to design, develop, and implement complex software solutions for our company. This is a strategic role that requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to mentor and guide team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and implement full-stack solutions for our company's software products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and timeline.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in full-stack development and apply them to improve our software products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the smooth functioning of our software products.
• Implement and maintain coding standards and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency in development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on front-end and back-end technologies.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers.
• Expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
• Strong experience in back-end technologies such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Passion for continuously learning and staying updated with the latest technologies and tools.
