Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of data engineers and analysts to develop data-driven solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design and develop data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Develop and maintain data models for efficient data retrieval and storage.
Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data governance policies and procedures.
Monitor and optimize data processing performance to meet business needs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest data analytics tools and technologies and introduce them to the team.
Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their data engineering and analysis skills.
Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering, data modeling, or data analysis.
Strong programming skills in SQL, Python, or Java.
Extensive experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling techniques.
Hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
