Lobox is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Training Specialist to join our team. The IT Training Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to our employees on various IT systems and tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and a passion for training and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources, for various IT systems and tools used within the company
• Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees on IT systems and tools, both in person and virtually
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training materials are accurate and up to date
• Analyze training needs and develop customized training programs to meet the needs of different departments and job roles
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements or updates
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to employees who need additional training or have questions about IT systems and tools
• Stay up to date with the latest technology and industry trends to continuously improve training materials and methods
• Communicate with employees and managers to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to training programs
• Assist with the implementation of new IT systems and tools by providing training and support to employees during the transition
• Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during training sessions
• Keep accurate records of employee training and provide reports to management as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor���s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT training or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of various IT systems and tools, such as CRM, ERP, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to adapt training methods to meet the needs of different learning styles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Previous experience in instructional design and e-learning is a plus
• Relevant certifications, such as Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+) or Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), are highly desired
