Position Overview: As the IT Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company's IT practices and processes comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. You will work closely with our IT team to identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. In addition, you will be responsible for conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure that our company is meeting all compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT compliance policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations to ensure that our company remains compliant at all times.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential compliance risks and develop action plans to mitigate them.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of our IT compliance program.
• Train employees on compliance policies and procedures and ensure that they understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Act as the main point of contact for all compliance-related inquiries and issues.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement of our IT compliance program.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT compliance, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g. GDPR, ISO 27001).
• Experience in conducting audits and assessments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Professional certification in IT compliance (e.g. CISA, CRISC) is a plus.
