Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $92 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled IT Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an IT Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of new technology systems and processes within our organization. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure the smooth transition of these systems and processes and provide ongoing support to ensure their effectiveness. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual with strong technical expertise and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the IT team to identify and evaluate new technology systems and processes that will enhance our organization's operations and efficiency
• Develop a detailed implementation plan for each new technology system or process, including timelines, resources, and potential risks
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure the successful integration of the new technology systems and processes
• Configure and test new technology systems and processes to ensure they meet the organization's needs and requirements
• Train end-users on how to utilize the new technology systems and processes effectively
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the new technology systems and processes
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the new technology systems and processes, identifying and addressing any issues or areas for improvement
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices to continuously improve our organization's IT infrastructure

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT implementation or a similar role
• Strong technical expertise in various IT systems and processes, including but not limited to, network infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data management
• Experience with project management and implementing new technology solutions
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Certification in IT project management or related fields is a plus
