Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Architect Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Systems Architect Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of systems architects in the design, development, and implementation of complex IT systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create solutions that meet the company's business needs while adhering to industry best practices.

Your main responsibilities will include analyzing business requirements, designing system architectures, and overseeing the implementation of these architectures. You will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the systems architecture team, including delegating tasks, setting goals, and providing mentorship and guidance to team members.

In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and identify opportunities for improvement. You will research and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure that our systems are up-to-date and efficient. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining system documentation, as well as creating and enforcing standards and procedures for system development and maintenance.

The ideal candidate for this role will have strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of system architecture principles. You should also have a proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects and teams. You must be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, as well as have excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of systems architects in the design, development, and implementation of complex IT systems
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system architecture designs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop effective solutions
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure that our systems are up-to-date and efficient
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the systems architecture team, including delegating tasks, setting goals, and providing mentorship and guidance to team members
• Develop and maintain system documentation, as well as create and enforce standards and procedures for system development and maintenance
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress
• Make critical decisions and solve complex problems to ensure the successful implementation of system architectures
• Stay updated on industry best practices and share knowledge with the team to continuously improve our systems and processes
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in system architecture, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Strong knowledge of system architecture principles and methodologies
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects and teams
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends
• Experience with system documentation and creating and enforcing standards and procedures
• Ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
