Salary: $171000 - $208000

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Visualization Lead to join our growing team. As a Data Visualization Lead, you will be responsible for transforming complex data sets into visually appealing and easy to understand charts, graphs, dashboards, and other data visualizations. You will work closely with our data analysts and business stakeholders to identify key insights and trends that will help drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, visualization techniques, and a passion for telling stories through data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify key insights and trends that can be visualized
• Develop and maintain data visualizations using various tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
• Design and create interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders
• Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns and trends and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Continuously monitor and improve existing data visualizations to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Stay up-to-date with the latest data visualization techniques and tools to ensure best practices are implemented
• Train and mentor junior team members on data visualization best practices and techniques
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data integrity and accuracy for all visualizations
• Communicate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
• Translate complex data sets into simple and easy-to-understand visualizations for non-technical audiences
• Present data visualizations in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders, including executives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data visualization, data analytics, or a similar role
• Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify key insights and trends
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis using SQL, Python, or R
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for data storytelling
• Team player with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
