We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Delivery Lead to join our dynamic team. As an IT Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of IT projects and initiatives while ensuring that they are completed within the designated timelines and budget. This is a critical role within our organization, as you will be the driving force behind the successful implementation of our IT projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules to track progress and ensure timely delivery
• Manage project budgets and resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management
• Identify and resolve any roadblocks or obstacles that may impact project delivery
• Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and business partners to understand their needs and preferences
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with business objectives
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a positive work environment and culture of collaboration
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, advancements, and best practices to drive continuous improvement within the organization

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an IT environment
• Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects on time and within budget
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• PMP or other project management certification is a plus
