Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Governance Manager to join our dynamic team. As the IT Governance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of our organization's IT governance framework. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our IT processes and practices align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain an effective IT governance framework that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of IT governance processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor compliance with IT governance policies and procedures and make recommendations for corrective actions.
• Work closely with senior management to provide guidance and support in decision-making related to IT governance.
• Ensure that all IT projects and initiatives adhere to the established governance framework.
• Develop and maintain a risk management program to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to the organization's IT infrastructure and systems.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and regulatory requirements related to IT governance and make recommendations for incorporating them into our framework.
• Act as a liaison between the IT department and other business units to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Lead training and awareness programs for employees to promote a culture of IT governance and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT governance, risk management, or compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards and best practices such as COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 27001.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX.
• Experience in developing and implementing IT policies, procedures, and standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
