Salary: $84 Per hour

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Specialist to join our team. As a Training Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for our employees. You will work closely with department managers to identify training needs and create effective training solutions that align with our company���s goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop training programs, including content, materials, and delivery methods, to meet the needs of our employees.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires, as well as ongoing training for existing employees.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop customized training plans.
• Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, videos, and online courses.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Continuously improve and update training programs to ensure they are relevant and up-to-date.
• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in training and development.
• Provide support and guidance to managers and employees regarding training and development opportunities.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring all necessary resources are available.
• Monitor and track training completion, maintaining accurate records of employee training history.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive the necessary training to be successful in their roles.
• Identify and recommend external training resources when needed.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure training programs align with our company���s policies and procedures.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor���s degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning management systems.
• Experience with e-learning software is a plus.
• Certification in training and development is preferred.
