Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, providing guidance and support in their daily activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical solutions that meet business objectives
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conception to delivery, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely completion
Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members, identifying areas for improvement and providing training and development opportunities
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, and implement best practices and processes to enhance the team's performance
Act as a technical advisor to the senior management team, providing insights and recommendations for technical strategies and initiatives
Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring efficient utilization and allocation of resources
Foster a collaborative and innovative work culture, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing among team members
Act as a liaison between the technical team and other departments, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role
Strong technical background in software development, with proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks
Experience in project management and delivery, with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex technical projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Experience in Agile methodologies is preferred
PMP or other project management certification is a plus
