Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of application managers and provide direction and guidance to ensure the timely and effective delivery of application services
Develop and implement strategies and processes to optimize the performance of applications and ensure their availability, reliability, and security
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize application needs and requirements
Monitor and evaluate application performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes
Manage application budgets and resources, and ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in application management, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the organization's application landscape
Act as a point of escalation for any application-related issues, and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime and disruption to business operations
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, vendors, and external partners
Coach, mentor, and train team members to foster their professional growth and development

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in application management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of enterprise applications, including but not limited to ERP, CRM, and HRIS
Proven experience in managing a team and delivering successful projects within budget and timelines
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
