About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Network Specialist Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Cloud Network Specialist Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of network specialists in designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's cloud network infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our cloud network and provide technical expertise to support our company's cloud-based services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of network specialists in designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's cloud network infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain network architecture and roadmap for our cloud environment.
• Ensure the security, availability, and performance of our cloud network infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions to support our cloud-based services.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network issues, and implement necessary fixes and improvements.
• Develop and maintain network policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry best practices.
• Conduct regular network performance evaluations and make recommendations for enhancements.
• Stay updated with the latest cloud networking technologies and trends, and provide recommendations for their implementation in our company's network infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain relationships with cloud service providers and vendors.
• Lead network-related projects and ensure timely completion within budget.
• Develop and mentor team members, and conduct performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network administration, with at least 2 years of experience in cloud networking.
• Proven experience in leading a team of network specialists.
• Strong knowledge of cloud networking concepts and technologies such as Virtual Private Cloud, Virtual Private Network, and Software-Defined Networking.
• Experience with cloud networking platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of network security principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or AWS Certified Advanced Networking are a plus.
