Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of automation systems and processes, including but not limited to robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and develop strategies to streamline and optimize business processes.
Manage and mentor a team of automation engineers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of automation projects.
Conduct thorough research and stay up-to-date with the latest automation technologies and tools, and proactively recommend new solutions and approaches to enhance our automation capabilities.
Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, test plans, and user guides, for all automation systems and processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to automation systems, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of automation processes.
Monitor and analyze the performance of automation systems, and implement improvements and updates as needed to drive continuous improvement.
Stay informed of industry best practices and standards, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to automation systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using RPA, AI, and ML technologies.
Strong knowledge of programming languages and tools, such as Python, Java, and C++, and experience with automation tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
Familiarity with databases, SQL, and data integration technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple automation projects simultaneously.
Experience in Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Proven track record of delivering automation projects on time and within budget.
