Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly-skilled AI Workflow Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an AI Workflow Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our company's AI workflows. This role requires a deep understanding of artificial intelligence, as well as the ability to strategize, implement, and maintain efficient workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, data management, and project management. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for using AI to streamline business processes and improve efficiency
• Develop and implement AI workflows, including data ingestion, processing, and analysis
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and inefficiencies in existing AI workflows
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity within AI systems
• Monitor and analyze AI performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Work closely with data scientists and engineers to integrate new AI technologies into existing workflows
• Develop and maintain documentation for AI workflows and processes
• Train and educate team members on AI workflows and best practices
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve workflows and processes
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on AI projects and address any concerns or issues
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of AI systems with other business systems and processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI, data management, or project management
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
• Experience with AI tools and platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
• Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing AI workflows in a business setting
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the rapidly evolving AI landscape
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
