Position: IT Strategy Consultant

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $134 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Strategy Consultant to join our team. As an IT Strategy Consultant, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and recommendations to our clients to help them achieve their business objectives through technology. You will work closely with our clients' leadership teams to understand their business goals and develop a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with their overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of our clients' business processes, technology infrastructure, and current IT strategy to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with clients' leadership teams to understand their business objectives and develop a customized IT strategy that supports these goals.
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines for implementing the IT strategy, including identifying necessary resources and budget requirements.
• Act as a subject matter expert on emerging technologies and trends, providing insights and recommendations to clients on how they can leverage these to improve their business operations.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of the IT strategy to ensure it remains aligned with the evolving needs of the business.
• Provide guidance and support to clients in implementing and managing their IT strategy, including overseeing project execution and monitoring progress.
• Identify potential risks and issues that may impact the successful implementation of the IT strategy and develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks.
• Collaborate with other members of the IT team to ensure the successful implementation and integration of new technologies and systems.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any questions or concerns they may have.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT strategy consulting or a similar role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful IT strategies for clients.
• Strong understanding of business processes and how technology can be leveraged to improve them.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry.
• Ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.
