Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and solutions to our clients. You will work closely with our sales team to understand the needs and requirements of our clients and develop customized technical solutions to meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase our technical solutions and services.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
• Act as a technical liaison between clients and our internal teams, providing technical support and guidance throughout the sales process.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals and quotes to clients, ensuring accuracy and alignment with their requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations and proof of concepts to showcase the capabilities and functionality of our technical solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to continually enhance our technical solutions and services.
• Collaborate with our product development team to provide feedback and suggestions for product improvements based on client feedback.
• Act as a subject matter expert for our technical solutions, providing guidance and support to our sales and marketing teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical solutions consulting role.
• Strong understanding of various technical solutions and their implementation processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering technical solutions to clients.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
