Key Responsibilities:

Manage and mentor a team of IT specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven experience managing a team of IT specialists.
Knowledge of IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Experience with network and system administration, including hardware, software, and cloud-based services.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
