Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of robotics specialists to ensure timely and successful delivery of robotics projects.
Design, develop and implement robotics solutions that meet the company's objectives and requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business needs and translate them into robotics solutions.
Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements and trends in robotics technology to identify potential opportunities for the company.
Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines and manage project resources effectively to ensure project delivery within the given constraints.
Monitor and track project progress, identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in robotics technology.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all robotics projects.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners to drive business growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in robotics technology, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
In-depth knowledge of robotics systems, hardware, and software, including programming languages such as C++, Python, and ROS.
Proven track record of successful project management and delivery of robotics projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Experience in training and mentoring team members.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
