Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and processes, and identify how our software solutions can best meet their needs
Develop and manage project plans for implementing our software, ensuring timelines and deliverables are clearly defined and met
Configure and customize our software to meet the specific needs of each client, using your technical expertise and knowledge of best practices
Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure clients are able to effectively use and maintain our software
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, providing timely and effective communication and addressing any issues or concerns that arise
Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize our implementation processes and procedures, driving efficiency and effectiveness for both our clients and our company

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years experience in software implementation or consulting, preferably in a client-facing role
Strong technical skills, including experience with software configuration, databases, and programming languages such as SQL
Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
