About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Security Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Cloud Security Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure cloud environments for our organization. You will work closely with our IT and security teams to ensure the safety and integrity of our cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive cloud security strategy for our organization, taking into consideration industry best practices, compliance requirements, and business needs.
• Design, implement, and maintain secure cloud environments, including but not limited to AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security threats and develop mitigation strategies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that security controls are integrated into the development and deployment processes.
• Establish and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures for our cloud environments.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud security technologies and industry trends, and recommend new tools and techniques to enhance our security posture.
• Lead incident response and investigation efforts in the event of a security breach.
• Provide guidance and support to other teams and departments on security-related matters.
• Conduct regular security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure the security of our cloud-based systems and applications.
• Mentor and train junior members of the security team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud computing and cybersecurity.
• Extensive knowledge of cloud security principles, technologies, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of network and application security, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPNs.
• Experience with cloud-based security tools and services, such as AWS Security Hub, Azure Security Center, and Google Cloud Security Command Center.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing secure cloud environments.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards, such as GDPR, PCI DSS, and HIPAA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant certifications, such as Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), are a plus.
