Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of DevOps Specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure the team's success
Drive and implement DevOps best practices, processes, and tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed of software delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, QA, and Operations to ensure smooth and timely delivery of software products
Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and infrastructure to support the software development lifecycle
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to infrastructure, deployments, and automation
Identify areas of improvement and implement solutions to streamline processes and increase efficiency
Monitor and analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve system reliability
Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps trends, tools, and technologies and recommend their adoption to improve processes and systems

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in a DevOps role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position
Strong knowledge and experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible)
Solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Proven track record of implementing and driving DevOps best practices and processes
Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (New Relic, Splunk, Sumo Logic) is a plus
Relevant certifications (e.g. AWS, Azure, DevOps) are a plus
