Job Description: Lobox is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Automation Manager Lead to join our dynamic team. This position will be responsible for leading our automation strategies and initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity across all departments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation and process improvement, as well as excellent leadership and project management skills. They will be responsible for managing a team of automation specialists and collaborating with various departments to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement automation strategies to improve efficiency and productivity across all departments
• Lead a team of automation specialists and provide guidance, support, and training as needed
• Collaborate with department heads to identify automation opportunities and develop solutions that align with business goals
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to determine the viability of automation projects
• Manage the implementation of automation projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of automation processes, making adjustments as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automation technology to continuously improve processes
• Create and maintain documentation for all automation processes and procedures
• Provide regular reports and updates on automation initiatives to senior management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation or process improvement, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with automation tools and software, such as RPA, AI, and machine learning
• Proven track record of successfully implementing automation solutions and driving business results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
