Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of knowledge engineers in the creation, maintenance, and optimization of knowledge management systems and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define the scope of knowledge management solutions.
Develop strategies and roadmaps for implementing and continuously improving knowledge management processes and systems.
Design and implement knowledge management solutions, including taxonomies, ontologies, data models, and information architecture.
Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices and trends in knowledge management and apply them to our organization.
Train and mentor team members on knowledge management principles and best practices.
Ensure the quality and accuracy of knowledge management systems and processes by conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of knowledge management solutions and make recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated on the latest technologies and tools in the field of knowledge management and make recommendations for their implementation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize knowledge management needs and develop solutions to address them.
Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to support the implementation and maintenance of knowledge management systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in knowledge management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of knowledge management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience in designing and implementing knowledge management solutions, including taxonomies, ontologies, and data models.
Proficient in using knowledge management tools and technologies, such as SharePoint, Confluence, and Knowledge Centered Service (KCS).
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
