Position Overview: Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Operations Manager to lead and oversee our technical operations team. As the Technical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our technical department, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all technical systems and processes. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve our technical operations, driving innovation and continuous improvement in our processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of technical professionals, providing guidance, training and support to ensure their growth and development.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our technical department, ensuring all systems and processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve our technical operations, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous innovation.
• Ensure all technical systems and processes are in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their technical needs and provide solutions that align with company goals and objectives.
• Manage and monitor the budget for the technical department, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet business needs.
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and trends in the industry, and make recommendations for implementation where appropriate.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of equipment and services.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of the technical team, providing feedback and addressing any areas of improvement.
• Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of all technical systems and equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical operations management role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of technical systems, processes and procedures.
• Experience in developing and implementing strategies to improve technical operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven track record of managing projects and teams successfully.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Experience in budget management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other technical software.
