We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Data Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data solutions that meet the needs of our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of data architecture, database development, and data integration techniques. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data and a desire to continuously improve and optimize data processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop data solutions that meet business requirements and align with the overall data strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and data integration processes
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through data quality checks and validations
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and provide timely resolutions
• Identify and implement data governance and security measures to protect sensitive data
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for data solutions and processes
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data engineering and continuously improve data processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data engineering or a similar role
• Strong understanding of data architecture and database design principles
• Experience with SQL and database development (e.g. SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data integration tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
• Knowledge of data governance and security practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
