Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to clients for all network-related issues, including troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving complex network problems
Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve any potential issues
Configure and install network equipment, such as routers, switches, and firewalls
Collaborate with the sales team to design and implement customized network solutions for clients
Conduct regular maintenance and updates to ensure the security and efficiency of the network infrastructure
Create and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams and configurations
Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations for improvements to the existing network infrastructure
Provide training and support to clients on how to use and maintain the network infrastructure

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a networking environment
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, routing, and switching protocols
Experience with Cisco networking equipment and Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP) is highly preferred
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex network issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of network security principles and best practices is a plus
