About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Operations Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Machine Learning Operations Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, deployment, and maintenance of all machine learning models within our organization. You will work closely with our data science and engineering teams to ensure that our machine learning models are running efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of machine learning models across the organization
• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to identify business problems that can be solved using machine learning
• Develop and maintain a project roadmap for machine learning model development and deployment
• Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of all machine learning models
• Monitor and track the performance of machine learning models and make necessary adjustments to improve their effectiveness
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into existing business processes and systems
• Develop and maintain best practices for machine learning model development, testing, deployment, and monitoring
• Train and mentor junior team members on machine learning concepts and best practices
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and apply them to improve our processes and models
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions using machine learning
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Identify and resolve any issues or challenges related to machine learning model operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in machine learning operations or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and techniques
• Experience with machine learning model development, deployment, and monitoring
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with data management and ETL processes
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience leading and mentoring a team is a plus
