You will also collaborate with various teams to implement new cloud solutions, troubleshoot any issues, and provide recommendations for improvement. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure for our clients, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain cloud solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to cloud services, including performance, availability, and security.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and best practices for managing cloud infrastructure.
• Continuously monitor and analyze cloud usage and make recommendations for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing and proactively make recommendations for improvement.
• Act as a subject matter expert for all things related to cloud operations and provide guidance and training to other team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud operations or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of automation tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Nagios, Prometheus, or ELK stack.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
