Salary: $138 Per hour

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Systems Manager Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Data Systems Manager Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's data systems. You will also lead a team of data systems managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and effective management of our data systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data systems strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the integrity, security, and accessibility of our organization's data.
• Lead a team of data systems managers and provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to understand their data needs and requirements and develop data systems solutions that meet those needs.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of data systems, including databases, data warehouses, and business intelligence tools.
• Monitor and maintain the performance, availability, and security of data systems, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest data systems technologies and trends, and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements to our data systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data systems, including data dictionaries, data flow diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Manage data systems budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting on expenses.
• Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to ensure the successful delivery of data systems projects.
• Train and educate end-users on data systems and ensure their understanding and proper usage of the systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in data systems management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of data systems concepts, principles, and best practices.
• Experience with data system design, development, and implementation.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management systems.
• Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience in project management and budget management.
• Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations.
• Certifications in data systems management, such as Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) or Project Management Professional (PMP), are a plus.
