About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Compliance Officer to join our dynamic team at Lobox. As an IT Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company's IT practices and processes comply with industry regulations and standards. You will work closely with our IT and legal teams to identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular audits to evaluate our IT systems, processes, and procedures for compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations related to IT compliance and make necessary updates to our policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the IT team to identify and address potential compliance risks in our systems and processes.
• Maintain thorough documentation of compliance activities and provide regular reports to management.
• Conduct training sessions for employees to promote awareness of IT compliance requirements.
• Stay updated on emerging IT compliance trends and technologies, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Work with external auditors to ensure timely completion of IT compliance audits and address any issues identified.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for any compliance-related inquiries or concerns from stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT compliance, preferably in the technology industry.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, processes, and infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing IT compliance policies and procedures.
• Experience with conducting compliance audits and managing relationships with external auditors.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Professional certifications in IT compliance, such as CISA or CISSP, are preferred.
