About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Integration Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the integration of various IT systems, applications, and platforms within the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and alignment of technology solutions with business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an IT integration strategy to streamline processes and achieve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with department heads and project managers to identify integration needs and requirements.
• Evaluate existing systems and identify opportunities to integrate and consolidate applications for improved functionality and cost savings.
• Design and implement integration architecture and protocols to enable data sharing and communication between different systems.
• Manage the integration project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Lead a team of integration specialists and oversee their work to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct regular audits and tests to identify and resolve any integration issues or discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain documentation for all integration processes and procedures.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in integration technology and make recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners for integration projects and support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT integration or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of integration concepts, such as API, ETL, web services, etc.
• Experience with integration tools and platforms, such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
