Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the entire IT project lifecycle, from initiation to closure
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and develop project plans
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables and communicate them effectively to stakeholders
Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may affect project delivery
Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders
Manage project budget and resources efficiently to ensure cost-effectiveness
Conduct regular project status meetings and maintain project documentation
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure project delivery meets quality standards
Provide guidance and support to team members and ensure adherence to project processes and procedures
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project delivery efficiency
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry and recommend new tools and solutions to improve project delivery

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an IT environment
Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects on time and within budget
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with external vendors
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
