Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of AI specialists, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to identify business needs and develop AI solutions that align with company goals.
Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technology and tools, and make recommendations for their implementation in our projects.
Develop and deploy AI models, algorithms, and data pipelines to support various business initiatives, such as predictive analytics, natural language processing, and computer vision.
Utilize machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets and extract valuable insights to drive decision making.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI solutions, and continuously optimize and improve them to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders on AI-related projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum of years of experience in developing and deploying AI solutions, with a proven track record of successful projects.
In-depth knowledge of AI/machine learning techniques, such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java, as well as AI development tools, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
Experience with cloud-based AI platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, is highly preferred.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and out-of-the-box.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of AI specialists.
