About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Technical Solutions Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Solutions Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of technical solutions for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and provide innovative solutions that meet their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of technical solutions for clients, ensuring they align with business objectives and meet client needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and engineering to understand client requirements and design solutions accordingly
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify the best technical solutions for clients
• Develop technical proposals and presentations to effectively communicate solutions to clients
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of solutions within budget
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, and ensure their professional growth and development
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve solutions and processes
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and act as a primary point of contact for technical inquiries and support
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to business growth

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical solutions or similar role
• Strong understanding of various programming languages, databases, and software development processes
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Proven track record of delivering successful technical solutions for clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
