Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of support technicians, providing guidance and support as needed
Oversee the daily operations of our IT systems, ensuring that they are running efficiently and effectively
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and reliability of our systems
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise, ensuring minimal downtime
Coordinate with other departments to identify and address any IT-related needs or concerns
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for system improvements
Train and onboard new team members, as well as provide ongoing training for existing team members
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT products and services
Create and maintain documentation for all IT systems and processes
Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans

Qualifications:

Bachelor��s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in an IT support role, with 2+ years in a management or leadership position
Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
Proven experience managing a team and driving results
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Experience with project management and budgeting is preferred
Industry certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or Microsoft are a plus
