Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AI Research Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an AI Research Specialist, you will play a critical role in advancing our company's artificial intelligence capabilities through your extensive knowledge and expertise in the field. You will be responsible for conducting research, developing algorithms, and implementing cutting-edge AI technologies to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and experiments to develop new AI algorithms and models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems that can be solved using AI.
• Design and implement AI solutions to improve business processes and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain AI models and algorithms, and continuously optimize their performance.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party AI tools and platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and contribute to the company's knowledge base.
• Communicate research findings and project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Mentor and train junior team members in AI concepts and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI research and development.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++, and experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis, and working with large datasets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and continuously learning new technologies.
• Prior experience in a research-focused role is preferred.
