Salary: $138 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Implementation Manager to join our dynamic team. As an IT Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of new IT systems and technologies within our organization. This role requires a strong technical background, as well as excellent project management and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for innovation and a proven track record of successfully implementing IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of new IT systems and technologies, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design effective solutions.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans.
• Manage project risks and issues, and take proactive measures to mitigate potential impacts on project delivery.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth integration of new systems and technologies.
• Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and senior management.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and technical designs.
• Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate a smooth transition to new systems and technologies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements and technological advancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project and/or implementation management.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience with implementing large-scale IT systems and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
